Arrange and Facilitate the Embarkation of CADET / Students
1.1 STO-SP-01-A (Process in establishing MOA/MOU between UC-METC and Shipping Company/Manning Agency).
1.1 STO-SP-01-B (Process in communicating Shipping Company/Manning Agency on number of available slots).
1.1 STO-SP-01-C (Process creating the individual Shipboard Training EmbarkationPlan for each Shipping Company/Manning Agency).
1.1 STO-SP-01-D (Process in endorsing the individual Shipboard Training Embarkation Plan including confirmation to each shipping Company/Manning Agency).
CORE PROCESS 2
Conduct, Facilitate thorough orientation and familiarization of cadets/students
2.1 STO-SP-02-A (Process informing cadet/student on the obtaining the mandatory requirements for the Pre-Shipboard Training Orientation Seminar)
2.2 STO-SP-21-B (Process for the cadet/student in how to register for the Pre-Shipboard Training Orientation Seminar
2.3 STO-SP-02-C (Process in doing a Pre-Shipboard Training Orientation Seminar
CORE PROCESS 3
Ensure that Training Record Book, TRB Journal and Workbook and necessary documents had been issued to the cadets/students eligible for Shipboard Training
3.1 STO-SP-03-A (Process in assisting Cadet/Student obtain appropriate Training Record Book, UCMETC 360 says Daily Journal and Workbook
3.2 STO-SP-03-B (Process in assisting Cadet/Student obtain Seamans's Identification Record Book and its required ancillary Training and Certificates (Medical etc.)
3.3 STO-SP-03-C (Process in assisting Cadet/Student in registering the Cadets/students documentary requirement to STO office (SIRB, TRB, Journal, Workbook and other certificate including uploading copy of documents as appropriate to the STO Document Server.
CORE PROCESS 5
Conduct debriefing, Validation of TRB and the 12 or 36 months Seagoing service
